The Embodied Coach: Reading the Movement, Understanding the Expression

‘The Embodied Coach: Laban Movement Analysis – Reading the movement, understanding the expression’ is a training in body-oriented interventions for coaches, care providers & therapists

What is covered in this training?

From the body point of view, we explore the value of body awareness, stress regulation, dealing with emotions and feelings, charging, discharging, dealing with anger, enjoying and more. Laban Movement Analysis belongs to analytical body-oriented psychotherapy.

Given the number of burn and bore outs, the incredibly high number of long-term sick people and the feeling of hunger that can be found even now in children, our current mental health care is finally paying more attention to the interaction between body and mind.

There is a growing demand for concrete and substantiated embodied sciences, techniques and methodologies from the police, mental health care, addiction care, the coaching world, physiotherapists and other professional groups. The knowledge of Laban Movement Analysis teaches you to read a body in motion and to use this knowledge in therapy.
