IACAET is Recruiting: Credentialing Project Coordinator
Are you passionate about the intersection of arts and health? Do you have strong administrative skills and a keen interest in supporting a global initiative? The International Association for Creative Arts in Education and Therapy (IACAET) is looking for 1-2 Credentialing Project Coordinators at this stage to support the IACAET Global Credentialing Project, an initiative dedicated to advancing professional recognition in the field. The IACAET credentials intend to cover four major areas of creative arts education, therapy, arts & health, and healing arts.
Your Role:
✔ Provide administrative support to the Credentialing Task Force (CTF)
✔ Track project progress and report updates
✔ Manage communications with IACAET members, professional communities, and volunteers
✔ Organize and document project meetings
✔ Attend monthly CTF meetings
✔ Commit 2-3 hours per week for at least one year (starting April 2025)
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in administrative work, preferably in arts and health fields
✅ Strong written and spoken English communication skills
✅ Technology savvy; Proficiency in MS Office, online meeting/survey tools, ChatGPT, database (membership management), and cloud storage (visual design skills are a plus!)
✅ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
✅ Cultural sensitivity and a global perspective
✅ Familiarity with credentialing projects (preferred but not required)
